Lost or Stolen Debit Card
If you need to report a lost or stolen card, please choose one of the appropriate methods below.
During Business Hours:
Contact any of our branches by telephone, or call the main office at 423-442-7262.
After Business Hours:
For lost or stolen card, please call (800) 383-8000. Shazam will help you deactivate your old card and you will be able to contact us during normal business hours to order a new card.
For card not working due to it being blocked by potential fraud, please call our Falcon Fraud department at 1-866-508-2693
